Safety Notes
- Before piping, foreign objects such as debris and dust must be prevented from entering the pneumatic Actuators to cause malfunctions and erroneous movements.
- The use of theActuators should not exceed the maximum stroke as a principle, and the inertial force of the piston and the front and rear end covers should be avoided.
- The Actuators inlet (outlet) must be equipped with a speed regulating valve to control the Actuators travel speed. The pneumatic Actuators is best controlled by the air outlet speed (Check out).
- For Actuators with longer strokes, the middle point support should be designed. If there is only one-side support for the axis and the Actuators pipe, the load will bend. If there is vibration and load, it will be easily damaged.
- For most Actuators devices that move together, the guide rod must be designed to guide the device to avoid interference and malfunction.
- The load on the Actuators axis must be consistent with the direction of movement. There must be no lateral load, which will cause wear and damage to the axis surface and damage to the shaft seal, resulting in leakage and unsmooth operation.
- When connecting the external guide rod or the shaft end to an object, the shaft end connection must avoid connection interference. It is best to connect with a floating joint or an angle adjustable device to avoid damage caused by unbalanced movement and unilateral friction.
- The inner wall and axis of the Actuators tube are precision-processed products. This part must be avoided from collision (scratching). In particular, the operation of the outer tube of the Actuators tube will cause the tube wall to deform, which is the cause of poor Actuators operation and Actuators damage.
- The adjustment of the buffer device attached to the Actuators must be appropriately adjusted according to the actual actuation speed and maximum load conditions; the needle valve adjustment of the buffer device cannot be fully closed, which is the cause of buffer compression damage.
- When piping and assembling joints, it is necessary to prevent the excess material of the leak-proof tape from entering the pipe. When winding the tape, 1~1.5 teeth must be reserved. Do not wind the leak-proof tape.
